Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad.
Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be.
Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”

“Très bel établissement, les chambres sont propres et agréables. Le restaurant avec ses buffets bien garnis est parfait. Il manque juste un accès aux bains que pour les clients de l'hôtel autre 7h30 du matin, 20h30-22h00 serait idéal!!! Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. “入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后 需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。”

“I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ……
