“It was much more than I expected. Lovely room that was cozy with a balcony! Even though we weren’t on the water side, it still was nice to sit out there. The other side of the property was a surprise with many areas to sit and enjoy the lake, walking/biking trails, park and very close to the main part of town.
The staff were very welcoming and kindly pointed out the pet rules.
My only complaint is that I wasn’t staying longer. Will return here for sure”

Room is clean, functional and quiet. It is extremely basic but for the price it’s great. The place is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and the boardwalk along the water. I appreciated that I could use the kitchen plus store ice packs for my cooler in a freezer.”
“It is very old. We had the room 508. We had to walk all the way up with the baggage. The room is very old. For the check in we had to go to the other hotel two blocks away.
The ac was not working. No breakfast as well. ”

“The property is historical, unique and lovely. We were greeted warmly and everything was thoroughly explained. The rooms are comfortable and very charming. There are gathering spaces on each floor for coffee, tea and conversation. The balcony is full of flowers and has ample seating. A great place to stay! ”
