"Disappointed with our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant. When we complained about the room having an unpleasant smell his wife just barged into our room demanding what the problem was. The night clerk was very pleasant and moved us immediately when I requested assistance with removing a cockroach from our ceiling. The attempts to improve the room fell short by terrible workmanship. I usually do not like to leave negative comments. The description online fell short from reality. "

"It was amazing Kelly and Tabitha is so friendly at the front desk. Lanette is so sweet and Regina who dies breakfast is such a sweet heart. Everyone is so nice. I love this place so much . I am a regular. Kathy the housekeeper is so sweet also. Rooms so clean. I can’t say enough that this is best place. Close to everything. So quite. I stayed many places but for the last three years this is only place I stay at."
