“The house was exactly as listed and had a very cozy feel. The host had very clear instructions that were easy to follow. If we needed anything she was always available and quick to respond. I had told her about the cleanliness of some pillows and she explained what happened and offered to have cleaners come to take care of it during our stay if we had mentioned it earlier. “Host quickly replied when needed. House was very nice, kitchen well equipped with pots and utensils (bring your own baking pans & a can opener if you will need them - I had to hunt down an open store on Thanksgiving Day to get a can opener).The front door key pad didn’t work but host provided alternative key location so that was fine. The backyard is fenced with a door leading to the garage but the garage door opener was not in the home so we could not use it. The two backdoors were unlocked……
