We were a late arrival (about 11pm) and the hotel was sold out. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Although the rooms were clean, the hotel overall showed signs of wear and tear. The place was lovely and very well done in every way. There was one tiny glitch. Our check-in and checkout instructions didn't include the check-in instructions. We messaged her through the app and she got back to us in a few minutes. No biggie.
