"Stayed at Fortune Park this week for my dad’s birthday, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location is perfect, and the overall experience was truly amazing. The ambience and hospitality were top-notch — from the reception to the bar and restaurant, every staff member was courteous and attentive. A special shoutout to Saurav, Vinod, and Rohit for going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was delicious, the spa experience was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. "We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!"

"Considering the cost paid, Rs4800 plus taxes for the room it is over priced by at least 40% compared to price quoted by other booking companies for the same property. The location, the room ambience, cleanliness and facilities is not worth the money paid. "

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."
