“Although we only stayed for one night, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The accommodations were wonderful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, even for an extended stay. The location was absolutely perfect! Restaurants, bars, and charming local shops were just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

“Very clean and comfortable condo. Worked perfectly for our family. Loved the location as it was so easy to walk everywhere. Easy to check in. We were very happy we stayed here!!”

“Wonderful location. Love the place.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Nicely decorated with high ceilings and comfortable beds and couch. The one improvement that I would appreciate would be the addition of drinkable water available either from filtered water in the refrigerator or a portable Brita filter. Location was excellent and building was quiet.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts made every part of the trip easy and comfortable, from communication to amenities in the home. We will return!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy. Everything was just as listed. Would stay again!”

“Overall, the location was perfect. Close to marina and old town for walkable touring and dining. Opened sun room doors to enjoy the sound of the river and birds. Even though on street, the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall the condo was very clean. Kitchen clean, living clean, bathroom clean, Bedroom clean and upgraded. Refrigerator was spotless which I really appreciated. Ice was made and this is always nice to have. Coffee maker perfect for brewing, (bring your own coffee as not provided)...

“Overall a good stay especially for 3 adults & 1 child. The road/traffic noise could be decreased significantly if the air conditioning unit is removed so the window can be closed. The fans in both bathrooms should probably be serviced or replaced as they are ineffective & the first floor fan sounds like it is breaking. The shower door towel rack fell off during our stay but only needs a screw. The shower head leaks but has great flow. We did not use the gray bath mat as it had black...

“Great little house with a beautiful view! Beach access being unavailable at the time didn't slow us down. Access just around the corner just as easy!”

“The condo and location is beautiful, however they need to replace their entire cleaning team. They do no dusting, only very minimal wipe down cleaning. There was even a hair in the slots with the silverware. The carpets also desperately need to be deep cleaned. They also need to evaluate the supplies they provide. Because I did not receive a call back in a timely manner, I had to order a toilet plunger from Fred meyers. The kitchen is extremely lacking. Our last morning breakfast was completely...

“Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. ”

“Great location, nice and cozy. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of stairs, but we managed. We will be back:)”

“Didn't enjoy the middle of the night deliveries and garbage pickup of adjacent businesses. No A/c so had windows open and was awakened suddenly by loud voices and banging of trucks and equipment. Men with foul language doing the delivery. 3am. Wonderfully close to water front. Super convenient”

“The biggest issue was all the stairs. Nowhere in the description did we see there is a flight of stairs to the main floor and another flight to the bedrooms. I would not have booked the condo if I was aware of that. My spouse is disabled and I'm in recovery from a back procedure. It was very uncomfortable for us. The condo was located close to old town and the marina which we enjoyed. The walkability is great. The Condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. It was clean except the...

“Great location. Ac did not work & maintenance refused to come see about it. Can opener broken. Dishwasher was not unloaded & we did not find som pots & dishes until we left.”

“Nice location and good layout. Small problems resolved quickly. Washer needs repair.Watch out- maid will enter without knocking.”
