“This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. “We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!”
