“The units are older but the square footage was good, and I liked the layout. There is a sitting room off the bedroom which provided additional sitting space in addition to the living/dining area. I'm not wild about the fact that check-in ends at 5 p.m. If you check in later, they provide a code to a lock box outside the rental office and leave an envelope with your unit number, key or door code and location to your unit. “This location is ideal to experience Clearwater Beach. You can walk to restaurants and activities and the beach is just a few steps down the street. The home was quiet and well appointed. You can walk north and it is quiet and calm and south is all the activities you would expect at the beach. Joe contacted me before I arrived to ensure I had a smooth check-in, and after arriving to see if I had any questions or needed help with anything. He was very nice and I would return without a doubt.”

The studio was spacious with plenty of space between the bed and the couch; the king sized bed had motion activated lights underneath, so that every time you get on or off the bed, the lights turn on. The kitchen had literally everything you might need to cook with. The shower was spacious, and the rainfall shower head was a pleasant bonus. The only thing that was inconvenient was the bathroom sink that was super shallow, so the water was getting splashed everywhere. The……
