“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Initially, exact location of property was a secret. This made it difficult to inform family of itinerary. Check-n process was a little unclear. There were no instruction sheets on how to run theTV and there was no information as to amenities such as the laundry. Refrigerator did not appear to be functioning properly as food seemed warm even though temperature was cranked to lowest setting. It did start cooling the final day. The alarm on the dishwasher was beeping but there was no information on……

“Literally just steps to the beach. Allocated parking spot, which is nice as beach goers like to use all the street parking during the day. Host was quick to respond to messages and kind. Walking distance to restaurants but yet in a quiet enough location.”
