“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Initially, exact location of property was a secret. This made it difficult to inform family of itinerary. Check-n process was a little unclear. There were no instruction sheets on how to run theTV and there was no information as to amenities such as the laundry. Refrigerator did not appear to be functioning properly as food seemed warm even though temperature was cranked to lowest setting. It did start cooling the final day. The alarm on the dishwasher was beeping but there was no information on……

“It was a nice apartment and was perfect for what we were looking for, but honestly a bit ridiculous that the hosts don’t provide basic things like toilet paper/dish soap... I received the message after it’s time for check-in that there was enough for the first day but after that we’re required to buy our own. I already have to wash the dishes and clean the house before leaving, at least provide the means to do so… Or make it clear on your page before booking that you won’t. Feels a bit like……

“Quaint, clean 2 bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen has the basics for a short stay. Off street parking is good for one vehicle, a little tight for 2. The Dunedin area is fantastic and the golf cart was a huge plus! So fun to zip around town. Lots of restaurants and breweries. Short drive to Clearwater or Honeymoon Island beaches. Chairs, coolers and other beach needs were available. VRBO owners were friendly and live next door. The only disruption we encountered was very unhappy……
