“Liked everything other than access to ice machine. Lobby didn't open until 10 AM. Ice machine located in lobby.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Everything was great at this property. I felt very welcomed here. The staff was helpful and kind. The bed is so comfortable. Great breakfast options. I would stay here again.”

“Something for everyone at breakfast”

“The front desk was very unprofessional and on their cellphones while checking in. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not so clean. Also, no working ice machines, they were both broken. Besides that it’s a quiet place to stay very close to the airports and about 35 min away from Clearwater beach. Also, plenty of restaurants in the area to eat.”

“Our first room, my issue was the carpet. It was extremely nasty. My feet stuck to it as I walked from the front door to the patio. I went down to exchange my room. I had to complain quite a lot to get them to switch me rooms with no carpet once I did that the room that I went into the bed, you could tell as soon as you seen it half of it, the frame was broke as far as cleaning, I don’t think the floors have been mopped since the building has been built totally overpaid for this experience”

“I stayed at the TradeWinds years ago and had such a wonderful experience but it was not at the Rum Fish Resort. Unfortunately, this stay was nothing like what I experienced in the past. We specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival were told none were available and were given two double beds instead. My husband is 6’2”, so this made for a very uncomfortable stay right from the start. The room had a very strong mildew smell that was impossible to ignore. It honestly made……

“It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!”

“Very clean room, staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Nice pool with good bartenders. The bar staff was friendly, music was fun and can be heard everywhere if that is not your scene this gem isn't for you and you should stay outside entertainment district for me it was what i was looking for. Location is perfectly for LGBTQ community and our allies close to many restaurants, shops and scenery. Free trolly for further locations on Centrsl Ave. This is my fourth time and happily……
