"Immaculate! We gathered here for a family reunion with multiple ages and this house was gorgeous. Everything was in tip top order with excellent appliances, equipment, and beautiful furnishings. The house lent itself perfectly for spending time together but was spacious enough to allow alone time. The showstopper is the rooftop with the hot tub, pool, and lounging furniture. We spent a lot of time up there. It was a superb place to take in the gorgeous sunsets over the gulf. The own was super responsive to questions.This is a very special property!"

"We had a great time with our family coming from mutiple states. We enjoyed spending Christmas time on the beach and in the pool with our children and grandchildren, the weather was excellent during our stay. Beautiful beach, wonderful house and the relaxing time made a wonderful memory to us all. The host was responsive, and kind to work with. I got the most praise from booking the place!"

"This was a good location for us most everything is in walking distance perfect. A little hard to find no street sign but once you find it your good. The cottage was a bit smelly but we understand that you are still in the process of cleaning up after the big storm. Thanks for a good stay."

"Wonderful condo and host in Indian Rocks Beach. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. It has everything from beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, to sand buckets/toys. It even had volleyballs for the sand court next to the unit. We definitely did not need to bring anything!As mentioned other places, the water is not heated on the small kid area with slides and dump bucket. It stays in the shade the whole day, so that would be more for summer stays. However, the pool with splash pad, lazy river, and big water slide area were heated and nice.With all this being said, the unit was a great vacation rental for families! The instructions for check in and check out were very simple. Everything we needed was laid out and easy to find. We will definitely visit again!"
