"We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again."

"Could not be more complimentary of our experience. The unit is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Owner provides so many thoughtful amenities...beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, books, games and much more...even a first aid kit! Location is convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and other retailers. Best of all the view from the balcony and proximity to the beach was outstanding. Can't wait to book this unit again "

"We had an amazing stay there. It was a great price for a hotel with a balcony, 2 floors, and a huge kitchen. The staff was really friendly. The front desk guy Russ was amazing and so helpful. Guests get free tickets to the splash park there. Everyone had an amazing time. We will definitely be back. "

"Our stay here was wonderful! It’s such a short walk to the beach and a bunch of beach equipment is included. We loved relaxing on the balcony as well. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great to be comfortable through the night. The location is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked that cooking meals was a breeze. Only one suggestions of an otherwise perfect stay: a vacuum within the unit could be helpful for controlling the inevitable sand that gets tracked in. "
