We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs.
