The Staff from the receptionist, to the manager, to the waiters are all very rude. They know nothing about customer service. My wife, myself and 14 other guests came from the US to this hotel for our anniversary.... and let me tell you it will be my last. Upon checking in the first room the AC did not work, we had to pay an extra $250 to get an upgrade to a higher level floor standard room but the kicker? Roaches, there was cockroaches everywhere, shower, bed, hallway. The staff did nothing to comp or make us feel taken care of. I have pictures and I would love to share them. Tania the manager did nothing. During breakfast they ran out of cold water to give me and my wife, we requested cold water and they said they had none. we got double and triple charged for drinks by the pool.

One of the best hotels ever!
This hotel is so amazing! I could stay there for months! :) the best breakfasts ive ever had in a hotel (and i travel a lot!), amazingly comfy bed and the softest bedding ever! Great location, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous resort and I absolutely loved the Spanish Colonial/Moorish influenced architecture and design of the hotel - lots of plants, wood, trees and large vases across the garden area with a very clean pool. The sunset bar is a MUST and was a highlight for me - you get a stunning view of the sunset and the drinks are very good. The location is perfect as you are steps away from all happening things but at the same time when you are inside the resort it feels like you are in you own island as it's quiet and has therapeutic feeling. Also great gym for those who like to work-out. It really exceeded my expectations and I recommend it for people who just want an escape to relax. The breakfast buffet had all sort of dishes and there really was something for everyone. Finally, the staff was very accommodating and nice - I stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed my time. I will definitely be back.

Great hotel - did not expect somewhere so utterly gorgeous in main area of Tenerife. Hotel was very well maintained and had lush well kept plants all throughout the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful Not perfect, menus in the restaurants could be improved but breakfast choices and quality very very good I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We stayed in club suite definitely worth the extra
