"Although there was a communication issue initially, the stay worked out well and the host was excellent. the condo's close proximity to a restaurant, sports apparel shop, gas station, corner store and Mont Sainte Anne makes it a great spot."

"The basement unit was a small studio unit that was very well stocked with everything you require. We stayed 4 nights. The owner was very caring and attentive to anything we needed. The unit worked for what we required, but was small for the 3 of us to stay in for 4 nights. We would have given a rating of 5 stars, but they were currently dealing with an aunt issue that the owner and condo unit was aware of and are dealing with."

"Wonderful property overlooking river in Boischatel. About 15 minutes away from downtown Quebec City...easy access. Check in process including directions to property inadequate.If I had not looked at pictures prior to arrival probably would not have found it.. Also no check in instructions were sent. VRBO agent very helpful in contacting rental property, as voice message was in French when I called..So, awesome property but need improved check in process. "
