“Wonderful property! This is our second time renting and we want to make it a family tradition. The house is adorable and very conveniently located to everything you could want in the area. Hosts are very responsive and nice!”

“It was a beautiful week away as a family. The farm was full of beautiful surprises. Berries were ripening, Birds were singing. We all enjoyed the water in the pond. It was so refreshing. We had space to play wiffelball and corn hole.We had a blast.A good time was had by all.”

“We enjoyed the cabin very much. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, or to have a quiet moment alone. My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely.”

“The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend.”

“Amazing property. It is secluded and incredibly quiet. The only sounds are birds and the occasional airplane overhead. Well decorated with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. My kids loved the yard games and play area for kids with creative games. Its a short drive to local eateries. Easy drive to Letchworth state park and the Eternal flame which are must sees if you're in the area. Only wish we stayed longer! Thanks Sharon for your communication and sharing the cabin. “My family spent the weekend here while visiting the I Love Lucy and the Comedy museums in nearby Jamestown. We rented both sides A & B. Check in was easy and the property managers were awesome. This cabin is so adorable! It’s cozy yet roomy. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is beautiful and quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again if we return to the area. We highly recommend this hidden gem!”
