New, opening on the 19Th April of 2014. Nice 3-room house with garden and swimming pool. Awarded 3* by the local tourist office. Located in Toulon heights, peaceful, unobstructed view and surrounded by sheer rocks, near the typical village of Revest les Eaux and its lake. Located on a 2,100-m² landscaped property, this renovated house with brand new furnishings and all the comforts can accommodate four people. Swimming pool: reserved for you from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 to 6 p.m. (flexible). It features an equipped kitchen, a living room that opens onto the terrace and private garden, and extremely good bedding. Bedroom 1 has two 90 x 200-cm bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a 160 x 200-cm bed with a TV area opening onto a large balcony. A shower and toilet are available. Many hikes are possible on the GR51 and GR99. 20-30 minutes away from the beaches are Toulon, La Seyne-sur-Mer Six-Four, Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol. Please contact me for more information. Everything has been planned so you can enjoy a pleasant stay in a green and peaceful environment where relaxation is guaranteed. We will give you recommendations for walks, visits, activities and restaurants in the area. Toulon HSR railway station, Hyères Airport, Marseille and Nice, A57 motorway Toulon.

Tranquillity in Provence
Incredible location with the most wonderful views whilst we had breakfast croissants from the local bakery. The villa (and amazing pool) and the surrounding countryside are even better than the photographs! Christine and Lionel were just the perfect hosts, discreet but super helpful on the few occasions we needed guidance. Brilliantly located for short drives to the coast or inland to the vineyards or mountains. A truly memorable stay- highly recommended!

A most enjoyable short autumn holiday
A very pleasant property with lovely views. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which is accessed from the double bedroom where we had breakfast in the morning sun. Joel and Helene were kind and discrete, very good hosts, thank you. The only disappointment was that the fees for cleaning and linen, which totalled 100 Euros, were not advertised up-front but indicated in the contract once we had reserved and made the first payment.

Picturesque property, beautiful surrounding & great hosts
This villa has given us a wonderful 2 weeks holiday, it lacks for nothing whatsoever, Joel & Helene are the perfect hosts & will do their utmost to give you a wonderful break without intruding on your privacy. The pool is gorgeous as are the grounds that surround the property and inside you want for nothing. The villa has been tastefully decorated throughout and will allow you to live very comfortably for the duration of your stay. We would certainly revisit this property again & enjoy more of what the whole area has to offer as well as renewing our acquaintance with our great hosts Joel & Helene

La propriété est idéalement située proche de Toulon mais tranquille dans un coin de verdure, a côté d'un adorable village et de ballades. La vue est sublime depuis le balcon ou le jardin. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Les dimensions de cette petite maison sont idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans ce coin.

Un bel endroit bien situé
Proche de la côte et de Toulon ainsi que de l'arrière pays varois, cette jolie maison sur deux niveaux propose une belle vue sur la vallée et un jardin bien entretenu. Accueil impeccable de la part des hôtes qui habitent la maison d'à-côté. Ils sont aux petits soins pour s'assurer que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus und der Pool waren perfekt für uns. Die Umgebung ist toll, der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Christine und Lionel sind großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns so sehr geholfen als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten. Vielen Dank erneut an die Beiden! Perfect Vacation
The cottage is beautiful and very clean. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend it. The location on the mountain, the view, the garden... we had two great weeks. Even when it's hot, you can find shady places to eat and relax in the garden and on the terrace. The pool is cleaned daily and is just wonderful. We enjoyed ist a lot! There is a very good bakery not far away as well as a supermarket. We also liked Toulon very much. The landlords are very nice and discreet. We received fresh basil and mint from the garden. As a welcome there was bread, wine, jam. Anytime again!!! Merci, Christine!

Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub mit der Familie
Wir haben hier einen tollen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind super interessiert und hilfsbereit, sprechen auch Deutsch und Englisch, was es auch Kindern vereinfacht, Fragen zu stellen oder von Erlebnissen zu erzählen. Man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen und war dennoch für sich - genau was man im Urlaub braucht! Wir haben das gut ausgestattete Haus und den großen, gepflegten Pool mit dem schönen Sonnendeck sehr genossen. Da wir einen extrem heißen Sommer erwischt haben, waren wir sehr froh, dass der Pool vormittags komplett beschattet ist. Zum Liegen findet man um den Pool herum immer irgendwo Beschattung durch die zahlreichen Olivenbäume etc. auf dem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, um die näheren Ausflugsziele wie Sanary-sur-Mer, Bandol und Toulon, aber auch etwas weitere Ziele wie Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Tropez oder die Camargue anzufahren. Bezüglich schöner Strandabschnitte sind die Vermieter auch sehr behilflich, was Enttäuschungen in der Hochsaison vermeiden kann. Auch in der Nebensaison ist das Objekt sicherlich interessant, da es einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen darstellt, für die es uns jetzt auf Grund des Wetters zu heiß war. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und auch unsere Kinder kamen voll auf ihre Kosten!

La perfection
C est avec plaisir que nous avons passé un petit séjour dans ce petit paradis. Les hôtes sont adorables et très discret. Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. L'impression d'être seuls dans la propriété. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est sympathique, la climatisation à l'étage bien appréciée, la piscine est top et nous avons pu profiter de tout. Ma compagne et moi avons passé un très bon séjour dans la petite maison de Joël. L'endroit est très charmant, disposant d'une chambre très spacieuse, d'une cuisine cuisine avec tous les équipements nécessaires, d'un salon avec une cheminée fonctionnelle qui peuvent servir de lieu pour occuper les enfants le soir. La salle de bain est certes petite...mais c'est une salle de bain. Côté extérieur, vous devez traverser un très beau jardin mexicain pour aller à la piscine qui n'est pas collée à la maison des propriétaires mais distancée d'une bonne quinzaine de mètres, pas totalement isolée de la vue des propriétaires mais qui laisse largement assez d'intimité. Côté extérieur, vous avez également une table de ping pong, des raquettes de badminton, un jeu de fléchettes, panier de basket, vélos... de quoi occuper les enfants et les plus grands ! A noter que vous pouvez croiser Yumi la chienne des propriétaires qui est d'une gentillesse absolue et également le chat un peu timide. Enfin les propriétaires. Discrets si vous le souhaitez, ils peuvent vous conseiller sur toutes les choses à faire dans le coin. Joël étant très avenant et d'une très très grande sympathie, il est impossible de ne pas s'entendre avec eux. Mon seul regret étant de ne pas avoir eu le temps de prendre l'apéritif avec ces derniers ! Ne tenez pas compte de l'avis négatif précédent rabat-joie, ce logement conviendra parfaitement à vos prochaines vacances. Merci beaucoup Joël ! Location sombre et pas du tout accueillante, nous sommes partis de suite sans l'occuper. Mon mari ne tenait pas debout dans le salon très très sombre. Piscine soit disant privée, mais qui est en fait face à la maison des propriétaires présents (ce qui n'est pas précisé non plus sur votre site. Salle de bains minuscule et sombre, quand vous êtes assis sur les toilettes, vous avez pratiquement les pieds dans la douche, minuscule elle aussi. Cette location est un scandale .

Heel aangenaam verblijf om tot rust te komen
Op een heel rustige plaats gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht op de natuur, kan je iedere avond gezellig buiten eten. Je hebt een prima uitvalsbasis om Zuid-Frankrijk te verkennen. Zelf hebben we verschillende onderwater-snorkelroutes gevonden en een uitstap gemaakt naar Cassis en Aix-en-Provence. Ook le Castellet en aanpalende dorpjes zijn de moeite waard om een te verkennen (tip van de eigenaar:)) Ook een namiddag aan het zwembad verblijven kan deugd doen. De gastheer is aangenaam, vriendelijk en discreet, maar altijd tot je beschikking als je vragen hebt.

A wonderful place, a wonderful host!
We had 2 great weeks at the house of Joel and Helene! The images you find in the advertisement are not even showing the whole beauty of the place! It is much much more romantic and quiet in reality. The pool is a dream and our daughter spent hours and hours playing there. Joel and Helene are fantastic hosts and offer as much help in finding activities around the house or in the nearby area as you wish. But on the other hand they totally respect your privacy. The house is well equipped, clean and not far from the nice beaches in Toulon or other places. In the village we would recommend the great Boulangerie with fresh croissants and baguettes...Joel offers bikes so that the morning tour to get fresh bread is a nice trip, too! It is a place for a perfect holiday! Thank you, Helene and Joel and we hope to see you again!

Excellent emplacement par rapport à Toulon et ses environs Gîte très bien équipé très confortable et propre avec un atout indéniable qui est la climatisation. Propriétaires disponibles charmants et très discrets. Et surtout piscine de rêve. Bref c'est parfait. On reviendra!!!!
