“Excelente lugar, tranquilo , personal amable ”

“El personal muy amable, todos. Pero el cierto muy anticuado, si estaba limpio, pero muy anticuado y algunas fallas, el sofacama estaba muy malo, el colchón eran los puros resortes ya de lo viejo que estaba. Lo siento, porque la atención fue muy amable.”

“When I checked in I was given a room that had a very strong cigarette smell. I notified the Clerk and she changed our room to a much better smelling room. Everything else was going very well until about 8 a.m. when the Manager's son pounded very hard on our door and screaming like he was going to be abused. I called the front desk and the man who answered, I think the Manager, told me there was no child in the hallway. Since I knew he couldn't see the hallway from the front desk, I asked him to...

“It was a last minute booking and the gentleman at front desk was wonderful. We came in late, after midnight and there he was with a smile on his face. We were so exhausted after a 13 hour drive in rain for 12 hours. He made us feel very welcomed. I did Not get his name. Blonde hair with glass. We Thank You!!!”

“Everything was good till I tried to check out at 4:30 AM, the day of departure. I couldn't raise anyone to return my key or get my itemized bill. I rang the door bell multiple times and the front doors were locked.”

“This the 2nd year i have stayed here and i love it! its super cute and cozy. i also felt very safe when there was a tornado warning as it is partly underground. the managers were super with their communication when i messaged them. bed comfortable, nice big tv, great little kitchen. i will be going back next year!!!!”

“Property listing was very miss leading. The property has dead bugs all over the floor. The coffee table only had 3 legs that were attached so it fell on our leg when we had to move it to sit down on the couch. The door did not lock so we were scared about having to leave our little schnauzer there while we were in a meeting. We were very disappointed and afraid we would bring bugs home with us.”

“This house is so charming and it was the perfect place for my family while in town to grieve the loss of our loved one. Great location with lots of space.”
