“The property and location on the beach were fine. Our only complaint was that the Air Conditioning was a weak window unit. There was no central air. The floor-length window drapes near the AC unit had to be kept open to allow the air to flow, but this led to the room not being kept dark in the morning. A shorter drape that stopped at the sill would make better sense to block the morning sun, and still allow the air conditioning to flow. ”

“Very disappointed with this property so much so we left a day early. Master bedroom is right by pool. Quiet time was supposed to be 11, noise lasted until about 2am. There is no upper noise proofing. You can hear every step anyone takes in the unit above. Pull out couch came with only 2 sheets, no blankets and stained and pillows. Cushions on the couch were also very stained and mattress was so bad we left a day early. Last but not least when we got there there was a large rain storm……

The main bed was very comfortable, and the setup works especially well for couples or families with two small children. For us, the second bedroom ended up functioning more as a middle space/changing room, which worked fine, though I do wish there had been a bit more clarity on the layout beforehand, as it’s more of a walk-through area between the living space and main bedroom with a trundle bed……
