"Reception very nice. Room clean, roomy, and comfy. No elevator so if staying on 2nd floor prepare to haul stuff up the stairs. It was fine tho. We did not eat the breakfast so no info on that. "

"The hotel needed cleaning. Hallways and steps needed to be vacuumed as well as our room. The mirrors were streaked. The sheets and towels are older and stained. The bathroom floor had spots on it and needed to be mopped. There was a towel from the last guest hanging on the towel hook. For $177 a night I expect at least a clean room. We stayed because we got in late but left by 645am. Also, there is no one at the front desk. You check in on camera on a kiosk."

"The room was clean, staff friendly, a warm breakfast. The third night we were there, the hotel was full and the showers that night were lukewarm to cool. Also, I thought we reserved a room with queen beds, but they were full beds. Overall a good experience and since we came after Tulip Time the price was right."

"What a jewel this house is - the history and the care in renovating are phenomenal. I slept upstairs and enjoyed it very much. I love all the windows which allow a lot of light into the house. I was surprised how close it was to the street and we did hear some street noise through the night. The coffee bar was wonderful as was the garden which notes all of the flowers that have been planted. I really enjoyed that."

"What a Joy to stay in this wonderful home! 4 sisters-in-law from the Northwest corner of Iowa traveled to Tulip Time! It was so nice to have such a welcoming home to come to. We had a wonderful stay! was wonderful to sit on the patio in the evening and enjoy the nice weather. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The coffee pot was great drip and kerug pods! Very nice sitting area to visit by the TV. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Our Host and Hostess were excellent on communication. Highly recommend this place!"
