“This property is a historic gem built in 1907, but with modern amenities. The view from the outdoor pool overlooking the valley was worth the stay! The bar and veranda dining options were scrumptious and appreciated, as everything else within 5 miles seemed to be closed on a Monday/Tuesday. If you’re from Florida and missing the lightning bugs, they are everywhere on this property! Also, this proud 20 minutes away from white water rafting! ”

“Llegamos y nos pusieron en una habitación muy cómoda tal cual era tal cual figuraba en la fotos , lamentablemente sin agua . Hicimos el reclamo y nos dijeron que enviaban a un tecnico que nunca llego. Volvimos a llamar a reclamar por segunda vez y nos cambiaron de habitación donde tampoco teníamos agua. “We very much enjoyed this small, quirky hotel that kind of combines hotel (your own room and bath) with Air B’nB, by which I mean many common spaces. We were just two people, but I can imagine a bigger group would really appreciate the many gathering spaces. They’ve had fun decorating this former convent. Enjoy!”

“Nice folks there! Our tv didn’t work, and they immediately replaced it. There’s a nice gas station/convenience store across the parking lot. We will use this motel again! Lots of restaurants, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc., within a few miles away.”
