“The pictures shown on your site are not representative of this motel. We pulled into the drive and turned around and left without even checking in. There was debris leaning on the building outside of several rooms, the landscaping and parking lot was over grown. You could not even see the pool from how overgrown the weeds and bushes are. If the outside is this unkempt there was little expectation of the condition of the rooms. So disappointing that the online photos are so deceptive.”

“firstly listed at great barrington but really 12 to 15 minutes from town , i got spider bites on my foot from sleeping , not fun , i waited almost an hour for a staff member to fix my tv remote , and to add insult to injury i had to leave a day early due to up coming inclement weather, and of course had to pay for the extra day . i know thats on me . i should have booked just one day , i could have stayed a second day and paid then if the weather cooperated due to the site was mostly vacant . i……

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so.”

“ok for a night. coffee maker didn't work, ac so so and the breakfast minimal. nearby breakfast joint sucked. will not stay again.”
