“We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer”

“Room was clean. Air conditioner was loud. I room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night (2 night stay). We arrived back at room too late to call front desk.”

“Property is sprawling and unwieldy. Couldn't find the main office for 10 minutes (went to 2 other buildings). Check-in - 4 people at the desk, but only 1 actually checking people in. Lower floor of "villa" smelled funny. Mildewy smell in tub. "Market" is actually a tiny area with some cold drinks, candy and "breakfast" - which is microwaved eggs and pancakes served by unhappy people. Coffee was instant and priced at $3.25 a cup. Pool area was chaotic and unsupervised. Roving bands of teenagers.……
