“Lovely area.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. The setting is lovely, in a wooded area off from the road and in a convenient location to all of the sites. We visited Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, North Adams, Williamstown, and……

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. ……

“Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.”

The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive.
