Where to start…
Woman on check in had no idea what an Expedia pay at property reservation was. The remaining balance of the room was attempted to be taken before we even checked in. When we were eventually greeted by the very unhelpful woman, we were told that she “apparently” did not know what the reservation was. This is absolutely disgusting as clearly the staff have no clue what they’re doing.
Then to dinner, a young girl has the most disgusting attitude for a waitress I have ever seen. Got my order wrong and then when bringing the correct order through, the food was slammed down on the table with a sarcastic “sorry about that”. There later was an incident where her hair was not tied up and she quite literally hair flicked a customer.
Nothing wrong with the room but the staff are absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend one bit.
