“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. “Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! ”

“Had a wonderful two night stay in May and was incredibly happy with the property and area. The place was incredibly cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Steps from the beach, with a porch and lovely back patio to spend time in. The location is wonderful, a 25 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and more a short walk or drive away. I can’t wait to book my next stay here!”

“The home was so beautiful and the view was amazing! Everything is well stocked and so clean. Beautiful deck with plenty of room for everyone. Our kids are grown, but they even had a highchair next to the dining table, which we found very thoughtful. The bathrooms were all beautiful and even had heated floors.
