“Didn’t have housekeeping the days were there- told called off sick The hot water in shower was poor- told you have to turn the handle the other way (towards cold). Said there is a note taped there- there wasn’t Is dog or pet friendly The air conditioner functioned poorly- was told just cleaned that one -I checked the filter looked like wasn’t cleaned or replaced this year. Definitely pet friendly”

“I had an okay stay but I did find a roach in my room which did bother me but other than that I had a pleasant stay and so did my family.”

“If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay .”
