"I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. "Stayed here with friends and our dogs, the property is clean and updated, neighbors are very friendly. The beds need to be upgraded, both mattresses are very thin and the beds are small. Overall, great stay!"

"Wonderful dock for boats, and we had great waterskiing at the north end of the lake. Incredibly responsive hosts. Home was beautiful and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole large group. Would stay there again!!!"

"Amenities not as listed and we were not notified before check-in:First floor shower not usable - shower was covered with a tarp with note "under construction"Deck was not accessible - note on slider "do not use deck"Hot tub had been removedThe worst part was that the floors had not been vacuumed. It wasn't just tracked in dirt, there were pieces of fiberglass insulation on the floor. We got hotel rooms for the week because we were travelling with 3 kids."
