“A beautiful home that was a great size for our family. The location is perfect with a wonderful view and great breezes off the ocean when sitting on the deck. Although there is a large split unit air conditioner, it doesn’t quite cool the whole house. The main bedroom upstairs was quite warm so we purchased an additional box fan which helped quite a bit. The beach that is below the house is pretty, but the hike down is a bit challenging as it requires hiking over rocks. There are other beaches……

“Our family of six had an amazing time in the Tiki house! We spent a couple of days lounging around in the house as the home and surrounding view of the mountains and plants and trees was enjoyable without having to go anywhere else! The beach is a short walk away and the town of Hanalei is almost around the corner from the house. Dont get me wrong, we did a lot more on our vacation, but coming back home to enjoy the Tiki house was a highlight of our vacation!”

“Our two weeks on the North Shore were absolutely wonderful, largely because of Brett's home and hospitality. The property manager, Josh, was quite responsive and a blessing to have as a resource. The home feels completely tucked away amongst the trees, with astounding views. We were 15 mins in either direction to both Kilauea and Hanalei, which was important for us since were visiting family that live in both towns. The location is truly amazing! The home also had everything that we could think……

“WOW is the best place to describe this property. It's in a beautiful area of the island, super private and quiet. Situated on Haena Beach, just steps to Tunnels Beach that offers the best snorkeling in Kauai. The views from the living room are spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise and planning the day's activities out on the lanai The house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, floats and an iced chest. There is 1 bedroom/bath……

“This house was amazing! It had amazing ventilation and flow through for the trade winds, it felt great in the kitchen and living room. And the bed rooms have their own mini-split air conditioning, so they were very comfortable as well.It was so nice and quiet being right on the golf course. The pool was great and we had several meals on the back patio.Everyone loved it and we would stay again in a heart beat.”
