“The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration.”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

They always say hi or good morning, good afternoon as long as we have eye contact. They gently serve us without bothering us (quietly put beach towel next to us and not to interrupted our swimming, friendly asked us to have lunch or dinner or not.) “We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. The staff was helpful and having a scooter included with the room is a huge plus. Also a huge shoutout to the Lawka coffee shop. Some of the best coffee we had during our trip and it was super practical to be able to grab a quick bite while checking out. A free coffee per day was included for each guest and……

The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”
