This is a nice old building in need of updating all around. The heat was impossible to regulate, so we froze the first few hours and then it was too hot the rest of the time. Staff was super friendly and helpful but they quit at 7\. Also, the only ice machine in the entire building is located in their little store, so if you don’t get there before 7pm, you are out of luck. The pool area is old but it was decent. The workout area spills out from the workout room into the hall outside of the pool which was odd. We had a good time but not sure this place is worth the money." The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very disappointing. Otherwise it was really great and would highly recommend if you were in the area."
