"We travelled from the east coast to visit family, but wanted a space of our own to stay. This was one of the cleanest, freshest units we’ve stayed in. Everything worked well, from the coffee maker to the washing machine. The shower is great with good water pressure, and the 2 beds were very comfortable. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor.
