“We stayed at the Beach Escape for 4 nights. If you looking for glamor and fanciness then this ain't for you.But if you ,like us want a home away from home then this is for it.The personalized service by the staff made up for everything that lacked. Best of all was the food..simple,tasty dishes with prepared with alot of love. They have a bar poolside tables that add to a very calming ambience.As Fijians we are proud to have been able to experience and support an iTaukei owned business.We……

“Place was well kept and in close proximity to everything, easy to get around even by foot. The only downside is that there can be a lot of noise from guests at the bar close to the reception. My only suggestion would be either keep the bar upstairs only or book a room away from main reception. Otherwise the staff are so kind and always willing to help and make sure you’re enjoying your time in Fiji”

“Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.”

“Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.”

“No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. I reached there night at 8 no hot water ask the reception I was told technician would be there shortly waited till 10:00pm no response”

“The Kids Club staff were amazing! Silo and Izzy were amazing, they are so friendly, attentive, and full of energy, they kept the kids entertained with fun and creative activities every day! Highly recommend!”

“The staff were really lovely but our experience was a little lacking and the hotel is not ideal for toddler families. We somehow ended up on the ground floor off a halway connecting reception and their restaurant in a comically enormous "family double" room with 4 king beds for the three of us. Not an issue in itself but a funny outcome. Travelling with a toddler we'd requested (and twice confirmed!) a cot to be brought to the room. It was not available when we arrived 7.30pm and instead we had……
