Yanuca Island Vacations from $929

I feel completely scammed! The hotel did not have nor offer any of the amenities as advertised on Expedia. First, they were not anywhere near the beach. It was a solid 20 minute walk along a fast moving road to access a different hotels beach! Second, there was no WiFi anywhere on the property. Third, there was no restaurant nor any cooked to order breakfast. Fourth, there was no laundry facilities. Fifth, there was no convenience or store. Fifth, pool/billards, etc. non existent. The room looked nothing like the pictures portrayed on Expedia! There were two exterior doors, both with 1-2 inch gaps between the door and floor with cockroaches just walking in. We shoved towels and sheets under so we could have the lights on. We will not return- The only bright shining star was their amazingly kind and sweet staff. They really tried hard with what they had. They were invaluable —

Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible

Excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of pacific harbor / Deuba Beach as well as Pacific Harbor Arts village. There’s plenty nearby restaurants as well.

First time in Fiji, the location is remote, quiet, and peaceful. There are only 5 Villas, the staff remember your name and preference of drinks and food. Everyone is so welcoming, the weather was perfect for us, highest 74°, water was not hot it was room temperature, and very swimmable. Special thanks to Nancy who was super kind and helpful, Carlos who gave us a sunset tour on our first night here and was patient, friendly, and informative, and Kasi who remembered our preferred cocktail, the boat crew was amazing, the rest of the staff (can't remember your name but I take back wonderful memories!). Pictures don't do it justice, it's paradise on earth, I can't wait to come back!

We had an incredible stay at Vatu Vonu. The accommodation was beautiful and the view exceeded our expectations. Seni and Waqa, along with their daughter JJ, went above and beyond to take care of us. From their warm welcome to the delicious meals they prepared, we felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
