"The staff were pleasant but needed additional training. They were unable to deal with situations that didn’t run smoothly and every day small things were a problem, especially around delivering drinks and food to the table. We would wait hours with children and still things didn’t turn up even though we would ask many times. This was the same with housekeeping and not having items delivered to the room such as towel towels etc."

Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever."
