“The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. ”

“Quirky coastal architecture as expected. Beds were larger than photos. Air conditioners were excellent. Close to everything. Was surprised to note the abundant televisions, plentiful linens and towels and three convertible sofas. ”

“Stayed here for one night before camp drop off, plenty of room and super convenient to the town of Oriental. Didn’t get to enjoy much of the stuff around because it was a short day, but the bikes would’ve been loved by all. Hot water, cute house, great location- would gladly stay here again. ”

“We loved the location and communication with the owner. An 8 minute walk to the waterfront and evwn closer (2 minutes) to the Farmer's Market. Note is that the driveway is pretty narrow so no room to turn around (so you need to either back into the drive or back into the road when leaving. Only other thing was we did feel the yard needed to be mowed/trimmed. Besides that minor observation, we loved staying here and would do so again.”
