“We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything.”

“This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!”

“Well appointed, clean, comfortable for 6, with enough space and chairs at the table for 8 at dinner. The location is right on the lake with a deck that looks over the water. Wifi was strong enough for us to work remotely. Owner was quick and responsive to fix our slow draining sink. Location was only a few minutes drive into Troy as we were there for the graduation, which made it convenient.”

“Sleek, clean and beautiful interior design. Has all the necessities. Located in a great spot in albany, with food spots and grocery stores within a walking distance. The Host was a extremely nice and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I had when I was there. 10/10 would recommend any solo to four persons (only if they’re willing to share a bed) to book this place. ”

“We rented this property for the weekend that my daughter graduated. The location of the house to her school was very convenient. We met Sergio at the house and he showed us around. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio……

“What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. I highly recommend a stay at this house!”

“The house is located off a busy main road, but the street itself is very quiet. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We were there for work and family visits and it was perfectly located in the capital district. Whether you were going to Cohoes, Niskayuna, Albany, or Altamont - it was all a short drive. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.”
