The host even had some breakfast supplies, beverages in the fridge and snacks! We slept in so we didn't get to make breakfast. This house was so cozy and I highly recommend over a hotel if you have to stay in Hobbs.”

“My adult daughter her handicapped adult son and I stayed at the VRBO. We were expecting another family that did not come due to health issues. Even if they had come there, would have been plenty of room for everyone. House was well equipped, with plenty of linens, and well laid out.”

“You advertise for 6 people there is not enough sitting at the table of 5. Someone had to eat standing up! Really not enough seating in the Living Room either! The beds and Kitchen were great! Very clean.”
