The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace

"The Farmhouse" in Tech Terrace has the location and farmhouse charm you are looking for when coming to Lubbock for a game, or to enjoy visiting your student. Less than a mile from Texas Tech, and close to restaurants, the Medical District, and shopping. Easy access to Marsha Sharp, and I27, and only 10 minutes to the airport. "The Farmhouse" is an updated 1947 cottage that is in a great neighborhood with two parks and within easy walking distance to J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and grocery.

The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq ft home less than a mile from TTU. The main bathroom was updated in January of 2021. It is fully furnished and has orignal hardwood flooring in the living and bedroom areas. Sleep well on memory foam mattresses, and enjoy Direct TV's Entertainment package and 300 Mbps WiFi. Relax on the deck in the fenced backyard under a canopy of cafe' lights! We hope you'll feel down-home at "The Farmhouse"!

FYI: There is a small house at the back of the property that is unoccupied.

We've stayed at several houses in Lubbock and this one is by far our favorite. It's so cute and well equipped. To top it off, it's dog friendly and the owners are amazing! I highly recommend this home.

Love the Farmhouse! So charming, such a great location. We are always happy when we can stay here. Great communication with owners. Beautiful, great location

The Farmhouse is a beautiful, comfortable stay in a perfect location. So many charming details in the decor, sturdy and comfortable furniture, beautiful backyard with lots of spaces to hang out or enjoy a meal. Hosts were wonderful, welcoming, great communication. Absolutely loved our stay.

Very Nice Tech Terrace

We stayed as a family of 5 for a wedding in Lubbock. The property was well kept and the home was great! It is close to Texas Tech and it was easy to get to both University Avenue and Indiana Avenue. We would stay here again!

Overnight stay

We stayed in town to attend niece’s basketball tournament and the property was in the perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were excellent to communicate with. Terrific owners and property and I would recommend to anyone headed to the Lubbock area

We had a great stay! Loved the location being close to campus and the coffee shop and pizza place down the street were both great! Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close to campus. House has been updated and beds are very comfortable. Karen was great to work with too!

Great stay in a quiet Lubbock neighborhood walking distance to Texas Tech

This is a great small house! Very comfortable. Reminded my wife and I of our first home. Well maintained with lots of character. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood within walking distance of Texas Tech and no more than a 10 minute drive to everything else. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds. Also the AC worked great and there were ceiling fans in all bedrooms so the temp inside was very comfortable despite being an older home.

Perfect property for a Tech game weekend!

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. Karen was wonderful to work with and very communicative and helpful. The property was clean, comfortable and updated, and a great walkable location to campus and a great coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here multiple times. The house is clean, well stocked, beds and other furniture are all comfortable. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to.We enjoy the backyard amenities and games provided. The fire pit is a favorite with our family.

Visiting our college girls for a Family Thanksgiving

A great chance to be close to campus, catch a Tech Volleyball game, visit friends, catch up on rest, play some games with our kids and just be a family. The hosts were so welcoming and its clear they enjoy having people in their house. The neighborhood is excellent if you are there to enjoy the tech scene- and we were!

Quick trip to Lubbock

We needed a place to stay near to Texas Tech for a 2-day event. The communications from the owner were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We didn't spend much time in the house - basically just shower and sleep. But it was like staying at a friend's house. Very easy. Great layout. Nice deco.. Thankful!
