“Great little house.”

“What a great "stay" enough room for 2 people or 2 couples and our dogs. The back yard is fenced in. It is freshly remodeled. High ceilings with the most beautiful pine wood. A very modern up to date look. On a dead end road with a few older smaller homes and right next to the Trinidad University. Absolutely quiet area. Also, right next to I-25 and a few minutes from downtown shopping and eating. I loved the complementary doggy bowls under the kitchen island welcoming our pets.”

“We needed a place for the night and this house was perfect for us. Hosts were great, house was clean, and the stay was nice. We would stay there again.”

“We had such a nice time staying at this cabin. There are a couple well maintained hiking trails around the property. The scenery while hiking the trails, and the view of the Spanish peaks from the cabin were beautiful! It's obvious that a lot of love has gone into the upkeep of this property. We couldn't recommend it more!”

“Pleasantly surprised with this cute cottage! Everything was provided that you could possibly need. Owner thought of everything including dog treats. Very welcoming and attentive. Beds were comfy and the weather excellent. Never slept better! House is within walking distance to downtown. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Cabin was as described. The owner was very helpful and gave advice for fishing and activities in the area. The land where the cabin is located is fairly remote and has beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks. Enjoyed being away from the city and would love to visit again.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while passing through on our way to ski. Good communication from host. Management was attentive with sending maintenance over quickly when a toilet clogged and no plunger was available. ”

“Good, but a few of the beds sucked & both bathrooms were downstairs, which was a problem for us older folk who had to go down the semi-treacherous stairs @ night.”
