“Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher
gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm.
Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.”

“Absolutely magical hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty and history of the property. It feels more like staying in a museum than a hotel, with stunning architecture and so many beautiful details everywhere you look.
The spa is excellent- peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax. The kids’ club is also fantastic, with caring staff and plenty of activities that kept the children happy and entertained.
