“This was the perfect place to stay as we came to watch our daughter graduate from Endicott! The place was roomy and immaculate. We loved the updated kitchen and bath. It’s also walking distance to the Mission Boathouse Restaurant and downtown Beverly.”

“Immaculate, comfortable, and even nicer than in the pictures!! Everything we needed for a girls' getaway and so nice to find a property that accommodates 3 adults without someone having to sleep in bunkbeds! Super convenient and easy to walk to everything we wanted to do in Salem, so it was great to be able to ditch the car in the off-street parking that comes with the unit. Host was responsive and helpful with minor difficulty (our fault) when first accessing the property. All-in-all, perfect……

“Warlock house was located in a great location within walking distance of most things. Beds were very comfy and we had tons of room to spread out with the 3 bedrooms. The decor and overall theme was spot on! Loved the spooky vibes. Communication with host was fast. Only drawback was no early storage of bags. We ended up dropping ours off at the UPS store. Overall would stay here again.”

“House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here.”

“We had a great time staying here and exploring not only Boston, but Wakefield too! It was a quick drive to Salem as an added bonus. The house is a perfect homebase with everything you could want. Nearby shops, grocers, and restaurants made even the necessities fun!”

“The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.”

“Apartment is nicely renovated and host has made sure you have most everything you need. Super clean and location is convenient to the “T” (5 min walk to Maverick station then accessible to anything). Thanks for a great stay and prompt helpful communication! ”
