“We had no proper access to the building as when collected the keys from the key safe, once we were in the apartment block we found there were swipe acess key fobs required to access the building & the floor on which the apartment was. We had to get residents and security to get us in building and then the floor. Due to the swipe key fob missing after the previous guests had checked out. “No onsite parking, we had to pay and park at the church, no WIFI for two weeks. The bed was broken , there was one small towel between two people. There were no curtains up at the second bedroom window. Second bedroom was locked on arrival. Locksmith arrived and left a hole in the door. Communication appeared to be via AI and kept apologising but doing nothing. Telephoning was no better. ”

“Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment”

“Communication was a challenge. We did not receive any communication from the host on how to access the apartment. We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location. “Unfortunately for a luxury stay the following issues were raised (and not rectified) No Wifi at all (this was booked for a business stay and was required for work) which meant we had to go into manchester and hire a workspace. We were told we could park on property at any of the car parks (the fob works for the car park under the apartment) to then be given a parking ticket for 100 as we arent allowed to park there.
