“Great and personalized communication by manager as our arrival was delayed. He called twice and demonstrated honest empathy not some corporate PR nonsense.”

“City Villa is actually a two story condo in a small development. The owner or a manager met us at check-in after some back and forth over SMS. There are good beds in each of the bedrooms and enough furniture to sit on in the living room, and a small private pool in the garden. Two parking spaces in front, within the walled area of the development. This place is not ready for hosting people, however. It was dirty- surfaces hadn't been cleaned, the floor was dirty and there was dirt and trash……

“This was close to the airport and a good value, but the description of each apartment was inaccurate on Travelocity, which is not something you want to find out about when you arrive after midnight with 2 kids in tow. I hope they fix their Travelocity entry. Namely, we chose a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment, which was described as offering a King sized bed AND two Twin beds, sleeps 6 people. This was not the case for this apartment, so they gave us a 2 bedroom instead, which has this offering. I……

“The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. ”

“It was an amazing experience with the warmth and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious modern and clean. Very close to the convention centre and a short walk. The breakfast was good. The lunch and dinner buffets need to be having more variety. The staff are super friendly and overall a good experience. ”
