“Very rustic and well maintained with log cabin atmosphere and beautiful wood furniture, bed, and fixtures. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there for our romantic 15th anniversary! The hot tub was wonderful! Warm bathroom and room temperature well adjustable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility and enjoy greatly the next door “Living Treasures” animal park. It was amazingly good!”

“Returned to property after 20+ years. Very impressed by all the updates for a historic property. Still has all it's historic appeal. Room was recently renovated, very clean and comfy. Bar and restaurant very good as well.”

“The room was clean and quiet. The staff was respectful. The beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant within walking distance that has good home cooked breakfasts. ”

“The property was awesome. Historic buildings, and restaurant was so good. I think I was says soon as my head hit the pillow. Great place.”

“This was very clean, and upscale place. Nothing like you will find anywhere else. The parking was a little difficult to get to from motel, but plenty of spots. One small thing, in the Royal Chamber in the basement there wasn’t any mirror in the bathroom. I thought that was odd. Other than that, it was amazing! ”
