The front desk staff was very inviting and helpful in all aspects of our stay - from historical information about the Inn and premises to the surrounding activities in the area. “I didn't care for the odor in the reception area and hallways. I think it was because I believe the workers were smoking out front. There was a numerous amounts of cigarette butts outside in the front. They were everywhere— on the cub and all over the decorative rocks only near the handicap parking.
We had to move from room 424 to 418 because the outlet was faulty.
The ladies at the front desk were congenial and helpful in allowing us to switch rooms.”
