“We had a wonderful time at this property! Our annual mushroom hunting trip to the area. You can tell the host took time to decorate the place, lots of big and small details that remind you of home. Beds were pretty comfortable. Decent size kitchen, lots of entertainment inside if the weather happens to be not great… but we spent most of our time outside. Looks like recently renovated house. Walking to the lake was super easy (although we hike a lot, so cannot speak for everyone), but it’s really……

“Setting was amazing! Hot tub overlooking lake was awesome dock over clear water perfect for swimming! The house was clean and well stocked. Great setup with the rec room and second bedroom/bathroom essentially their own “wing” of the house. Host was super responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. This has quickly shot to our favorite spot for a winter getaway, would love to come back in summer!”

“Our stay in Hoodsport was amazing and the cottage we stayed in was a big hit. It was the perfect space for our family -Mom, Dad, Toddler and Gram. The house was clean with a kitchen well stocked with the necessary pots, dishes and coffee maker etc. Two bathrooms was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. And the outside space was good– deck, table and chairs and fantastic view. There were Several nice restaurants in the area as well. We used the local beach to kayak. The location was……

“Good house for a family if you can climb stairs. The amount of stairs was a surprise. . Location on the water was fabulous for kayaking. We thought it would be easy to get our kayaks down to the water from the parking area - NOT. We ended up driving to the community beach area to put our kayaks in. Saw a gray whale!! We still had a great time. Ants on the counter. Pest control needs to visit.”
