“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal……

“ 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even……

“The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy……
