“The house was as lovely as the photos and the neighborhood was nice as well. Only concern we had was when we arrived we noticed what we thought was our down stairs the curtain was moving. The owner came out the door and stated he lives in that section ( which let me say, he wasn’t a bother at all and he was sectioned off) but it does not say anything about him staying there or sectioned off from us.”

“We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable”
