"The river view was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room wss clean but the bed was too soft for me but still comfortable ifnyhay makes sense. The bayhoom was clean and NO leftover hairs anywhere. While taking a shower the flo9r outside thenshower did become wet and the bathoom was drenched. I had an engineer come up to adjust the shower door which did help. I RECOMMEND the riverview room."

"We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Heron. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. The only criticism from my husband was he missed having a comfortable reading chair or coffee make in the room. He had to go down to the lobby to find coffee and comfortable seating in order to read before the rest of us woke up and got moving. We enjoyed watching Alexandria’s birthday fireworks from the rooftop bar area- a big bonus for sure! "
