“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. ”

“One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel”
