"The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. "The rooms were clean, house keeping was phenomenal, staff personnel all over the resort were helpful. The only con that I have w/ the resort compared to other resorts I have stayed in other countries, the drink were not strong! The drinks at the bar tasted like absolutely juice."

"Located a little way outside Ocho Rios, but a route taxi is pretty cheap to get to places (just make it clear you don't want a private charter or the prices skyrocket). The breakfast is very filling, the pool was fun and had pool toys, although the hot tub didn't always heat, there is a restaurant, fruit stand, paid laundry service, water refill shop, and two corner grocery stores just beside the property. Some are closed on Saturday and everything on Sunday though."

"The beach is not on the doorstep! The hotel provide a shuttle bus. 10am-4pm. The hotel is up a steep hill. Most staff were helpful. The basement bedrooms were clean but smelt damp. Breakfast was amazing. A property 3 course Jamaican breakfast. Good location Air conditioning worked well. good size bedrooms work two queen beds."

"if you have kids ages babies to I would say 12 this would be the ideal place , quaint intimate and gives parents especially SINGLE MOTHERS A break .They have snorkeling that comes with your stay, scuba if you want I think .. access to an amazing beach off the side of the property.. The food is great and they will work with your children food needs . Both of my children are autistic and Ms.Trudy who was their nanny was the most amazing person ever, my children who are 4.5 and 7.5 adores her and their stay .This is perfect for autism families TBH , safe small resort easy layout and a steady routine . ALSO YOUR NANNY CAN GO ON THE EXCURSIONS WITH YOU IF YOU WANT . The staff hands down is the best .. From Ms chrissy, Sammy, shanquie, davian and I cant forget the kids favorite ALEX ... tip accordingly and generously, the staff deserves it and then some .. they have mango tree and coconut trees .. I mean there is soo much that I cant even remember. Oh and there and ATM and small market in walking distance.. Oh there's kayaking also ..."

"The staff at Morgans Cliff were tremendous. The resort manager Anna, was very helpful, we were even forced to do a late check in on a Saturday night due to some other booking issues, and Anna was very polite and helpful and was able to get us a room very late in the evening which was very much appreciated. Anna and Nick who also worked at the site, gave us a great recommendation and a ride to cool local beach. The property had tremendous views and a great pool area. These folks are tremendous hosts. "
